Rumor is that Milwaukee's own Great Lake's Distillery (producer of Rehorst Gin and Vodkas) will be coming out with a new product in March - absinthe! Of course, it'll be Milwaukee Absinthe, so the Green Fairy might be wearing a cheesehead, and have a golden 'g' painted on each cheek.... and maybe there'll be a hint of grilled bratwurst in the mix? Can't wait to find out. I hope the experience of GLD's absinthe is as interesting as the stuff I tried before! This one is definitely on the shopping list!
