According to Forbes.com, UCB Pharma of Belgium has just acquired Schwarz Pharma in a friendly buy out. No word yet on how this will affect the Mequon, WI and Seymour, IN operations of Schwarz Pharma and Kremers Urban. It is worth noting, however, that UCB has its US headquarters in Smyrna, GA.
