WTF?

Why is everyone so bothered by this post? OK, it's a scene of mindless corporate destruction. Head Monk Pharmaceuticals spent a load of money to convert some of these rooms two or three years ago. Now, they're tearing everything out and doing it again. And we just learned today that our labs are planned for asbestos removal. Great. I'm sure they'll do an excellent job and we won't hardly even get lung cancer from it.

I wasn't bothered by it; in fact, it looks like the general state of my house. I was simply wondering if YOU were responsible for the destruction. :)

Good thing about the asbestos removal. Everybody could use a little black lung. (I know, I know, that's for coal miners, but it sounds far more colorful than mesothelioma.)

Is this the first floor where research use to be?

No, the other end. First floor where the new labs are, or rather were. By engineering and across the hall from there. It's even stranger now - they've removed the hallway. It's all one room over there!
