Beer brewing...

Forgot to mention, I brewed a batch of beer on Thursday! It's maybe an ESB, maybe an IPA. Anyway, I'll rack it to a new carboy in a week or so, then let it age a couple of weeks before bottling. After that, it's another two weeks before drinking. If it's any good, I'll post a recipe here. Keep your fingers crossed!
