OK! This pic finally came through! Here they are. First, the pollito: It's a little plucked chicken on a stick! And the taste - well, I could learn to like it, I guess. Its a mixture of citrus and powdered chiles. A tasty combo, actually, tho' some with weaker constitutions may not be up to it (Kimari, Ster). Its imaginative, unusual and fairly tasty.
