Holiday Folk Fair is this weekend, and The Girl is dancing at the youngsters' stage at 3pm on Sunday. We'll probably spend most of Sunday afternoon there, eating deep friend delicacies from strange lands, watching unusual native dances, listening to ethnic music, and buying crappy trinkets stamped with the english names of different nations, but all made in Taiwan or Sri Lanka. I consider it the unofficial start of the holiday season.
