Rob Cockerham of cockeyed.com has done a new experiment: The Torn-Up Credit Card Application. Chockingly, he discovered that a torn up and taped together credit card application could be honored by the card company. Not only that, but it would be honored even if the address and phone number on the application were changed! Maybe a home shredder isn't enough. I think I need to pick up a cheap used incinerator.
