At long last, one of the finest movies of all time is being released on DVD. Sadly, it will not feature commentary tracks or, indeed, any extras beyond the theatrical trailer. Nonetheless, Madonna's delightful piece of fluff (vastly superior to its pre-make: Grant and Hepburn's 'Bringing Up Baby') is once again available to the buying public. Those on a tight budget will likely want to wait for the inevitabl ecollector's edition. But those, like me, who've been making due with increasingly degraded VHS playback, will not be willing to wait for the chance to view the film again in all it's CinemaScope glory. I continue to be astounded by your complete and utter lack of taste when it comes to this movie. How you can prefer Madonna as the irritating "Nikki Finn" to a classic screwball comedy with Hepburn and Grant AND Asta as "George the dog" is beyond me! *sigh*
