Vacation part 2

Tuesday: Grand Canyon. "Wow." said Mike. "Magnificent", said the little old Japanese man. "We saw a bunch of rocks", said theKid. Storms were very cool to watch until we ended up inside one. Also visited Cameron for a world famous Navajo taco - and an endless drive through the total darkness of a rain-soakled Navajo reservation.

Wednesday: Out of Africa and Sedona sightseeing. Drove around looking at all the best red rocks this afternoon. And they're nice, no doubt about it. But out of africa rocked! They recently moved, so everything from the old location is not running yet. But, what is in place is excellent! If you'll be in the Camp Verde area in 2007 or so, stop by for sure, it'll be a mind blower. If you're going soon, stop by anyway. After all, how often can you sit 10 feet from a herd of cranky zebras, feed a giraffe from your mouth, or watch hungry lions feed - all without leaving the US? Pretty cool, indeed.
